Looks fabulous.... will make it the next time i need a nice With 1.5 cups of sugar, is it very sweet?  Would it be possible to cut back on the sugar to make it more bittersweet without affecting the chemistry of the filling?   Regardless, it looks so good!   Thanks for posting it.   Alan

"Basket clean" I always chuckle when I see that!! Looks like an interesting machine. Wonder if you used good old fashioned Persil powder at the appropriate temps with no FS would you ever have a need to clean your "basket"
