I had the persil pearls and it was the love of my life until I couldn’t find it anymore and had to go crawling back to my old stand by Tide powder for my towels.

one of the first things I purchased when I first got a job was my kitchenaid stand mixer and it is always on my counter tee and well used almost daily.  I love a counter that is cleared off, but my mixer is never not on my counter.

I love powdered Spic and Span I have two boxes currently just in case.  It cleaned my laundry tub that is a plastic made it like new and removed rust stains too.

There is a Mark 58 house in my neighborhood.  I have never seen it inside.

I also lost my father at a young age 12 years old and my life was changed and childhood needed that day.  I totally know how it is.  

Here is mine our third Kitchenaid in the 55 years our family owning this home.  2019 model and works good for a modern dishwasher.

I am going to try several and see where I end up.  

I noticed recently when I went to order Johnson’s paste wax that it is gone.  I know it was really smelly but I did like it and I am quite sad.  I did order Bowling Wax at 3 times the price and I am hopeful.  I don’t use it on floors but I do use it on doors and furniture.

I wish they still made things like these for smaller kitchen like mine.  

What makes it worse is if you have a recipe that uses a cake mix, now the amount is off.

My mother will go ape sh@t when she sees this lol.

My favorite coffee is Folgers myself.  My housemate likes Starbucks k-cups.  I use a 4 cup Mr Coffee.  I do prefer percolator myself but have been using Mr Coffee and he is pretty good.

I loved the Persil powder but it is no longer locally available.

I looked it up too.  I wonder what the difference between the 79 dollar and 119 dollar ones.

Since I was born I have lived in a house from the 1960s and it pulls at heart too.  Many good meals and memories.

Several years ago the house across the street had a dumpster and right on top was a featherweight case with the machine and instructions.  It’s a later white one.  I immediately picked it up and laughed.  Works like a charm too.

I use warm water to wash all of my regular clothes.  My undies, socks, and towels I wash in hot water with powdered Tide and a scoop of BIZ.  I always use fabric softener.
