we had GAS air conditioning made by Carrier Our 1960s built home had GAS air conditioning for over 22 years. When the furnace which was also Carrier forced air developed a crack it was replaced by a conventional electric air conditioner.

I used spray rustouleum on my Maytag wringer 6 years ago and it looks very good still. Although I’d use the can with a roller next time if I were to do it again just because it’s hard to control the spray.

If it didn't have suction with the hose then it cannot be the belt. I can't imagine that the fill hose would be blocked that would be nearly impossible on a Kirby, but it is the most logical place to look.

Before I would do anything, changing windows, and insulating, I would as around to people who have done this and see if it is actually worth doing. Does it really make a difference on utility bills and how much. Windows are terrible expensive and many new ones don't really last that long, and...

Launderess Do they still have Persil powder available, I haven’t had it around me in nearly 2 years. I’m back on Tide powder, but I loved the Persil and truly miss it.
