    1949 Kelvinator restoration

This is the replacement basement fridge, replaces the 1953 Hotpoint combo that failed last year. This Kelvinator is an excellent vintage fridge, but suffered from ugliness, big time. Someone had brush painted it at one point, then someone had covered it in NASCAR stickers, which made for a real...

Anyone need a nice classic car?

Thank you! We are very happy, and the new owner is very excited to be able to buy the car. My sister had not even driven it for the past few years. It was time to pass it on. She did drive it for a few miles on the highway, just for the sake of "The Last Ride"

Anyone need a nice classic car?

I have one for sale. This is a 1962 Pontiac Grand Prix. Belongs to my sister, and I have done most of the maintenance on it. After 32 years, it is time to find this car a new home. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1962-Pontiac-Grand-Prix/143615655828?hash=item217028ff94:g:uLcAAOSwIOxezVdm

    Washing machine brand and year?

Rescue? Not me Kenny! But someone who lives in the area, should try to see if it is possible to save the Norge washer. The house, cars and everything else are absolute scrap.

    Washing machine brand and year?

I thought GE at first as well, but the lid doesn't look right for a GE. I wonder if it could be rare. It is not a WP/KM, and that is for sure!

    1930's General Electric Vacuum

Thanks guys! It is a great antique vacuum. If it does not sell, I'll keep it. I have a Premier Duplex from about 1926, that was my grandmothers, that I use weekly. It is very similar to this GE. They are a fantastic vacuum cleaner. They are light in weight, very durable, and do a great job...

    Making Beef Stroganoff

Love the new ktichen! Kevin the Beef stroganoff looks like it would be great! My mother used to make that dish from time to time, and it was always a family favorite. FREE Magnavox console stereo

These are finally starting to have a bit of value again. And this one looks in very nice shape. I sold a Magnavox console at the antique store (from 1975) in great condition for $150.00 this past summer. I had reconditioned the changer, cleaned the pots, and polished the cabinet. A young couple...

1965 Kenmore W&D pair up for grabs in MI

Beautiful set! I had a set of 1965 Kenmore 800's in turquoise when I first joined this site in 2003. I sold them, and always regretted it. The consoles on the 1950's and 1960's Kenmore machines were truly beautiful.
