Thanks John! This is the shaft on the worn roller. I think it's hard to tell in the pic but it's a little concave. I'm not sure on the other one yet. Just didn't expect rust on sealed pieces.

Putting it all back together.... These are my new roller shafts. Both have rust marks on them. How to clean if necessary? I didn't even look when I opened the first one.

Before I press "check out": Do I indeed need a special tool for the glides? and if can I replace a short baffle with a tall one? It's not broken but won't snug down so I suspect it's breaking or stripping.
