    Bosch SHE3AR7UC dishwasher opinions?

@gelaundry4ever It may be designed that way so that Tupperware and such don’t get flipped. @sambootoo My neighbors have had that dishwasher for a while and no problems that I know of. Personally, if I’m getting a tall tub, I’m taking advantage and getting a third rack. For that price range...

dishwasher recommendation for my brother and sister in law

I can attest to the Kitchenaid KFE204 as it’s the dishwasher I own as well. It’s the new version of the Kitchenaid filter washers and does an amazing job. Pumps on these look higher quality than the previous versions.

    Washer That Maintains Temperatures?

Henrik, what do you think of the LG 6700 and the AI 2.0 that has a soil sensor?

    Washer That Maintains Temperatures?

Hi Jerome. I never had issue with my true cottons. The synthetics would have gym smell to them. Laundress. Thank you for that great information.

    Washer That Maintains Temperatures?

Thanks for the great info, Bob on the LGs. If it turns out that Whirlpool doesn’t hold temps I’m thinking I may just go with Speed Queen. I have a tank water right next to my laundry set to 140 at the tap. I have my washer outlet valves set to 105 degrees for warm. I’m thinking if I run a...

    Washer That Maintains Temperatures?

According to LG warm is supposed to be 104 degrees on the normal cycle with a warm rinse option for front loaders. This must be outdated, because members here have confirmed that this is not true. It also shows no selection for extra hot on any of the cycles except the default on sanitary...

    Washer That Maintains Temperatures?

The way I understand it from the Miele manual is, the 18 lbs is for cotton and linens. With denim it’s recommended only using a 5 lb load. Is that correct?

    Washer That Maintains Temperatures?

Glenn I think you should try whites and hot to see how long it holds the temp during the wash phase. If Miele made a 4.5 cu ft washer it would be a no brainer for me. Unfortunately I need that size. I do one load each day and my Speed Queen 9 series doesn’t really fit everything sometimes...

LG WM3600 cycle times are SLLOOOOWWWWWW.

Hi Bob Oh yes, I’ve read your extensive posts on your 4500 and greatly appreciate them. However, I remember reading Mike’s post on his 4000 and him stating that if you choose warm, the washer maintains that temp. However on yours, I believe you stated it does not maintain temps just gets them...

LG WM3600 cycle times are SLLOOOOWWWWWW.

KenC Hi Ken! Would you be able to check if your 3600 model holds wash temps and what wash temps it achieves? You can check this by pressing the Delay button and the Temp select button at the same time.

    Washer That Maintains Temperatures?

Do they still make a 4.5 cu ft + front load washer available in the U.S. that maintains temperatures during the wash? One that offers prewash and an easy accessible filter as well would be a plus. Thanks!

    Miele W1 disappointment

Reply 17 I have to say, I think KitchenAid is putting themselves back on the map with their new dishwashers. I believe KitchenAid is using a different iteration of passive filter pump as well. Here’s a photo of my current Kitchenaid KDFE204. It looks much beefier than my old KA passive...

    Tide Leaving Funky Odor Behind

I know exactly what you are talking about. It happened to me with the original scent about 2 years ago, so I switched to mountain scent. Now it seems to have infiltrated the mountain scent so I switched back to original scent and all seems well again. I am a powder user for both dishwasher...

How much citric acid and baking soda to clean a SQ FL? Borax

Dishwashers: I follow Miele’s recommendations in their manual for use in my Kitchenaid. Using powder with soft water, it’s just about 2 tbs main wash and 1 tbs prewash. I’ve had great results doing that. It doesn’t suds, making it easier on the pump and it’s enough to get everything clean...
