Didn't get to show you the drum until now. The flash really does show up the marks. It looks more just like normal wear and tear and I think now by looking at the drum, the marks have been caused over the 3 months ownership. I shall now 'chill out' a bit more as the machine functions perfectly.

I was a bit surprised to see the sound insulation panels. These really do help with keeping noise down. That ProSmart Inverter motor is tiny but very powerful and a lot quieter than the Hotpoint one that is manufactured by Nidec. The Beko motor is manufactured by it's owner, Arcelik A.S.
