I live in a very hard water area - South East of England. Thames Water. Never had a washing machine fail or heard of anyone I know having a machine fail due to the water hardness. I think its just happens that the machine is faulty on this machine.

I wash bedding at 60 degrees and everything else at 40 degrees. I don't separate coloured items. It all goes in one wash and comes out just fine. Keeps usage of the washing machine in my flat to just twice a week as I'm on a water meter.

I remember when I used a Beko in the flatshare and I loved how it used to get on with the spins. No fussing, that's one thing I dislike about my Hotpoint, it's fussy.

I like how Beko does 3 rinses. I don't get why more manufacturers don't keep to the 3 rinses. I really disliked this on my Hotpoint when I got it but I got used to it now. Well done on getting a good machine.
