    NEW! - Frigidaire Affinity

Although I can't take credit for discovering them, I do think we need a thread dedicated to discussing the new Frigidaire Affinity models. Compared to the He2 pair, for example, Affinity offers notable differences, like: - a digital countdown timer on both washer and dryer - a fully round...

    Kenmore HE 2 46472

Wow... I'm surprised to hear that the He2 remembers nothing. That is a big miss compared to the Fridgimores, and doubly so considering that there is no custom cycle choice! Who wants to hit the water temperature button (or other similar) 100 times in the next 5 years to get the wash you want...

    Kenmore HE 2 46472

This is exciting! I like the He2s; they will fit in my space, and their price is right, but I'm not happy with the feature set. I'm glad to hear there are more variants brewing. Thanks! --T

    Kenmore HE 2 46472

Laundromat, Having seen the Whirlpool version of the He2 at last weekend's builders convention in Orland, can you comment on any modifications in packaging or functionality you might have seen versus the Kenmore version? Thanks! --Trip

Kenmore / Whirlpool - Product Release Gap

What is the usual gap between when a Whirlpool-made washer is released under the Sears brand and when it is released under the Kenmore brand? In other words, when can we expect a look-see at the Whirlpool-flavoured He2...? :-) --Trip
