Use ...... some undiluted dish soap to help ease them in. A pair of needle nose pliers also makes it easier. Just be careful not to pinch the rubber too hard while pulling them into place. Also a rocking motion with the pliers side to side while pulling.   Bud - Atlanta

Winner, winner .... chicken dinner! Now just need to do some QA testing to see if it is as tough as its rubber counterpart. But I believe it will be. The urethane resin I used is some really tough stuff and just as flexible and more impervious to oil than rubber.

You can ..... use other defrost timers. The only issue is figuring out the wiring diagram and how to modify the old defrost plug/wires to accept the new defrost timer. If this was accomplished, then you would have to know someone who is a diy kind of person to perform the wire mod. If you knew...
