    Washing on TV

Chris Thanks for that Chris. Would it be when they were furnishing the sets/houses, and they were looking for interior object etc? Zanussi just happened to come in at that stage then?

    Washing on TV

Zanussi Thanks Chris, I'm sure it was a Zanuusi. It had that bluey green strip on the top like on the washers. Didn't she have a slimline Zanussi dishwasher at one point as well? Was there some sort of advertising thing going on there with Eddy and the Zanussi's, like there was on Brookside?

    Washing on TV

AbFab Didn't the washer disappear when she got the new kitchen? I'm sure that at one point there was no washer. It could have been after Patsy set the kitchen on fire. Eddy also had that awesome looking Zanussi fridge with the tree compartments.

    Washing on TV

Brookside (again) Here's Ron loading up a Jetsystem, I can't remember the model number but it looks identical to the one that Gail own's in Coronation Street, and I'm sure Eddy on AbFab had one too at one point. 2.20 in http://https//www.youtube.com/watch?v=PmO3mbCLAdc

    Washing on TV

Brookside Once again I apologize to resurrect this thread, but whilst trawling through the Internet, I found this Brookside clip from 2002, in which, a Hoover Logic can be seen, instead of the Zanussi's that are usually seen. Who had the Dyson though? Straight from the start the Logic is...

    WT 960 Limited model???

WTV70 As if by magic, although rather late, a page from the 2006 Hotpoint Brochure showing the WTV70, along side the rest of the Ultima range... Other pages can be scanned in upon request! Enjoy!

    A BIG acquisition!

Wow! Looks Great! I hope your pleased with it, and for £37 it's a bargain! I saw a small B&B using this three or four times daily, since around 2005, great machine. One question, was it designed for the American market like the Whirlpool Duet was, but sold over here for light commercial use...

    Haier recall

Suprising? No, not suprised at all. Our school has a Bush machine on the recall list, but I'm not sure if they'll repair it as it's in a commercial environment doing in excess of 4-5 loads per day.

    They say there OLD.

Hotpoint DF61 If you look at the bottom, a writer says about a 24 year old Hotpoint DF61, that is impossible, the DF61 was from 1998-2001 (there abouts)!

    Washing on TV

Others include.. In 2point4 Children also, Rona had a Hoover Electronic 1100 A3110, Bill had a Ignis, then an Ariston, and also a Zanussi Nexus… as well as a wide variety of vacuum cleaners as well.

    Washing on TV

Again.. Also in 2point4 Children, a little later on, Rona had a Servis Multivent Dryer, which can be seen in the is picture. I guess they bought a dryer instead of a washer because it was cheaper? Or maybe lighter?

    Washing on TV

2point4 Children Although mentioned several times on here, BBC sitcom 2point4 children had plenty of washing machine's. Here is the episode in which Rona was supposed to get married, she ends up dangling from the ceiling in her wedding dress, and her Hotpoint 95** is on view, this later turned...

    Washing on TV

Adding to reply 32 It's a bit late to add to this thread, but I was watching the 1997 Christmas Special, 'Endgame' of One Foot in the Grave, I noticed the washing machine was a Bosch WFB2000. As far as I am aware, there is no other appearance of this machine in any other episodes, as after this...

    VIP Daily drivers

The Queen wouldn't use a Hotpoint anyway, her royal crest used to appear on Hoover machines, after a factory visit by HM in 1977(?). On this Hoover you can see it in the bottom right on the soap dispenser.

Older machine wanted (UK) - anyone downsizing?

Zanussi Hello R, I have a 1987 Zanussi EW1007 Electricity Board special 1000 spin with delay timer that I would very much like to keep but lack of space is creeping up on me, the Zanussi takes up quite a bit of my shed. It works, the bodywork is in not bad condition but the door seal has gone...

Richard I was planning to bid on the Logic in Leeds but forgot about the auction as was busy that day with a Hoover Classica and a Servis Sapphire.

Selling my Hoover A3110 Electronic 1100

I would put the Zanussi in the place of the Hoover until the time being, until a new timer can be sourced cheaply.

Logic 1200 - Reply 14 I shall be bidding on the Logic 1200, not far from me at all. I was also going to go for the AEG spin-dryer the seller is selling but has gone upwards of £25 and has attracted lots of bidding interest so I won't bid on that, but fingers crossed for the Logic!
