    A question 4 you guys

And I think this machine deserves to be second to the PW6065 The Miele W5000 washer, which has Steam washing and autodosing, which is £2500 and only seems to be available from John Lewis. http://www.johnlewis.com/231245544/Product.aspx?source=63320

    A question 4 you guys

Actually you can pick up the V-Zug Adora SLQ for just under I think the most expensive washing machine is the Miele PW6065 little giant professional washing machine, it's £3600 on the same website. http://www.pricerunner.co.uk/pl/14-2620630/Washing-Machines/V-Zug-Adora-SLQ-Compare-Prices

    What the Hec?

... 4 HOURS for a cottons 40 wash? I'm glad I generally avoid these type of machines, they look poorly designed and generally look cheap in any kitchen, would go for Beko or Indesit anyday if I was forced to buy a washing machine of that price range.

    New White Knight Dryers!

many sensor dryers by WK... But the first digital display ones by them ever! I love how they are described as microprocessor controls, a term many vintage digital models have, Creda Micron, Hotpoint Microprofile spring to mind with microprocessor!

    Hotpoint WM41

absolutely loved this range of Hotpoint Ultimas! At least two family friends possessed the 95 series of this machine (the WM41 was a 9546 rebadged to join the WM series of the Aquarius in 1994/5). Another relative had the later ones WM43 I think it was, it was slightly redesigned before the...

    Whight Knight New Washers?

these washers have been for a while! Although I'm confused. I thought Vestel was chinese made? I know Beko are made by Arcelik, but I don't think Vestel are made in Turkey as well.

LG Direct Drive 8kg washer & LG Sensor Dry 8kg Dryer

... they're nice, but I do not like LG machines. We had an Intello washer 10 years ago and it would never spin right, it would stick and constantly flash errors for imbalance. We were going to go for the steam washing machine by LG recently but I heard some comments that people were having...

I'm crying, It has to go...

what a shame! So I guess this was why it was at the tip in the first place, due to shoddy fixing! Defo sell it as parts, if you really liked the machine there are many other ones on eBay, you could get the WD64 or even the Ultima version WD72.

    LOOK AT THIS RIP OFF

sorry, my second paragraph links to the original topic... I think the owners have latched on the rarity of Dyson washing machines and hiked the price for anyone looking for a spares machine. Especially if it has both motors active and turning two way, a rarity on Dyson machines now I think.

    LOOK AT THIS RIP OFF

Dyson were unique in their washing... I can see why they needed a 96litre drum to wash 7kg, nothing to do with wash time, but their wash action. I don't think you can stuff the machine to the brim and expect it to wash as it should, as the clothes needed to move freely to enable the 2-drum wash...

    performa

A relative had this machine... Quite good, it lasted a while, they had it until a kitchen refit. I liked the wash and dry action, though the spin would make me jump! I think this may be designed by Hoover, but manufactured by Candy when they took over in 1995, as the Performa/Quattro machines...

    Indesit WIB101 Running Amok

... For some reason, the Indesit's spinning behaviour seemed to remind me of Candy's when it would distribute for five seconds and zoom into the final spin.

HAHAHA! look how much they want for this old Hottie :/

Also had experiences with this machine... A relative had this machine, and we lived with her for a while, though I couldn't remember how it operated, apart from the bits which were similar to the Hotpoint washer we bought a couple of years later when we moved. I never even knew the machine was...

    Chuck Away Society?

yeah, its tragic... I remember our first Hotpoint, numerous brush changes, and even replaced the bearings with my dad once, back when repairing was the norm. Now, it seems that everyone is quick to chuck out machines when they break down. The only machine we replaced was the Hotpoint when the...

    New Hotpoint Range

this is fast becoming a Hotpoint unveiling thread... I've now seen another new model, this time on the Comet website, a larger 10kg Hotpoint Ultima, which is Polar with a silver door. I was hoping that it had Steam washing, but zooming into the picture I found something interesting, it seems...
