What is the best paint to use

I have a friend that has an upright freezer that has been in a non heated storeroom for many years. It has developed rust on the top & sides. What procedure should he do to get rid of the rust. Any ideas will be appreciated. Bob

Thanks John - He is currently using a Maytag from the late 80's or early 90's with the orbital transmission - Which machine would be the better one to use. He was wondering and I don't like either so I cana't tell him. Thanks for your input. Bob

A friend of mine just obtained a Maytag washer & dryer. He is wondering how old these machines are and what kind of performance they give. The Model number is: HAV6601AWW - Serial #16107556AX. I believe they are last generation Newton Maytags but not being familiar with these I'm not sure...

I haave the washer in pic #1 with the roto swirl agitator. It is only standard capacity but I wash 2 king size sheets and 4 king size pillowcases in a load and it does fine. Great Washer !!! Bob

JET CONE AGITATOR The jet cone agitator was definitely added.  The original to the '55 was a total black 2 ring pulsator. My Grandmother had this washer.     Bob

The dryer looks Hamilton and the washer looks Hotpoint or maybe Gibson   Bob
