As for the error… The real error was “USER ERROR,” but it sounds like the guy is blaming the machine for his own stupidity. What do you think? The guy says the error is LE, but it looks like TE to me. So maybe it’s not his fault because he cannot read so he couldn’t read the manual. Maybe...

The guy on the video says he had a comforter and a few other things in there, but the instructions say to only was small loads (Like a comforter by itself.). He should have used the “BULKY/BEDDING” Cycle. This is right out of the manual: Use the Bulky/Bedding cycle for items such as...

    The Supremes!

Thanks again Glenn, and by the way it’s running like a champ Todd, your pair looks great. What are the fabric settings on the dryer, what does the small control on the right do and when does the little red light glow? I had a similar dryer and you’ve got to love the start switch that’s...

Pent-A-Swirl The different agitators are definitely fun. Each one changes the woo-woo sound and the machine sounds slightly different.

1970 Whirlpool spin tube The 1970 Whirlpool’s spin tube was a total loss and I just kept the machine for parts. Also, notice the opening in the side of the tub in the middle left of the pic. That’s where the Magic Mix Dispenser Filter draws its water for filtering. ~Jeff

Control panel of the 1970 Whirlpool The cabinet and mechanicals of the 1965 Supreme 80 is morphed with my 1970 Whirlpool top. It was the easiest way to way to get the 1970 Magic Mix Dispenser Filter to work since the 4 port pump draws the water for filtering from an opening in the side of the...

    Found a nice Whirlpool

The 1965 Supreme 80 is actually a 1965/1975 Frankenpool. The 'Frankenpool' as it became known here is/was a washer which was morphed with another washer to become the Frankenpool. A former member here stared it by taking the top and control panel of an older washer (In this case the 1965...

Darren, thanks for getting back with us on the Super Soak cycle. Very interesting! Brian, I’m not sure why the hot isn’t working. Maybe Gordon knows. He’s an expert on Kenmore/Whirlpool. Glenn, it looks like you were right about the Super Soak cycle when you said, “There's one timer increment...

SUPER SOAK CYCLE Wow Brian, I’m glad that it was just the belt. It looks like it’s washing like a champ now. Did anyone figure out what happens on the Super Soak cycle on Darren’s machine?

SUPER SOAK???? Bob, My 1970 and 1975 Whirlpools both have 7 second spray rinses. Launderess, On the later belt-drive models the “Super Wash” is exactly how you described. Washer fills, then agitates for whatever minutes one has set the dial to, then there is one, two minute timer increment...

Brian, The left side is a little different. Thank for the videos! Darren, yours is awesome also. What does the Super Soak do? Does it spin after the soak? If it does spin, are there any spray rinses? ~Jeff

Brian, The control panel looks about the same except for the filtering light that glows during agitation (Filtering). Yogitunes, Yours looks mint and I love the clear topped brush on the Magic Mix Dispenser Filter. ~Jeff

Wow, nice washer Brian! It reminds me of my 1965 Supreme 80 (Thanks Glenn!). I’m not sure about when the warranty card was printed but I just emailed you a PDF so you can see when it was made by using the model number and serial number. Bob, Mine has 4 spray rinses (During the spin between...
