    Detergent Thread

I always found the Ariel Gels to be too soapy,so i stopped using them,The 3 in 1 pods get no complaints from me up to now,i need to try them without the boosters to see if they're really worth the full price,I took advantage while on offer at Tesco

I only use bleach free powders on my coloured items, that's why i like to use the wash boosters,I'm doing a towel and tea towel boil wash as we speak with the Ariel 3 in 1 pods with febreze and a wash booster, the kitchen smells lovely,I'm hoping the results are good :) Neil

Almat tablets do a pretty decent job,we very occasionally shop at Aldi,I'm very impressed with the Ariel 3 in 1 pods(colour & style) with the 3d wash boosters,my other half spilled tomato pasta sauce down his favourite grey stripe t shirt, and there's not a trace left from a 40c colour cotton...

    Ariel Bio

Thanks for the tip,i might try napisan,it might help to buy some stain remover incase of heavy stains, How can Daz be cheaper and better powder than Ariel when they are from the same company? seems strange to me,I've just started a box of Almat Colour Tablets so i might give the Biological...

    Ariel Bio

I'm a bit disappointed with the stain removal, My other half spilled a jar of pasta sauce and used my lovely white tea towel to mop it up with, then threw it in the basket, so when doing the towel load i noticed this dried in monstrosity whilst sorting through the loading,so i just threw it in...

    Waitrose Essentials Bio Powder

At £1.90 a box it's definitley worth a try,I've just opened a box of Ariel Bio which was on offer for £4 at Tesco for a 22 wash pack,a 10 wash pack was £4.40!!!! And if it can tackle heavy curry and tomato stains easily then it's a mega bargain, What's the fragrance like? Neil
