Dishwashers Hi Liam Afaik Candy have been buying Chinese dw's for the entry level machines. From what I have been told with failure on these it can be about what detergent is used, ie seperate rinse aid or the combi action tabs. Regards Andy

The vented dryer is oriental, so a good chance the condensor dryer is too.

Just checked the diagrams for W7643L and it shows the carbotech tub, which is serviceable. Only one motor for the drum, it may be improved for this wash action.

Hi, From memory they pull a fair bit of current. Could be as you say the main otter toc is at fault and not cutting out (roughly at the top of the heater plate) I would have thought dependent on age they may be a rear stat in the exhaust area that would have at least reduced the heater to one...

ps is their a date on your 1600 series manual? and does it mention the colour style of the 1830? Andy
