About the fan Cuffs, it's one of the circulation fans in the fridge. When the temp drops a bit, like when you have door open, it kicks on. Sounds like it's controlled by thermostat. Something else I need to mention. If I manually turn fridge off...and set it back to the b or a setting it won't...
