    REVCO Refrigerator and REVCO Freezer

Depending on what parts are bad someone most likely could repair them. The cost would be substantial. Your normal repair person would not have any interest in fixing them though. It would take someone with patients and a good understanding of these appliances. I would not be surprised if it...

More GE help needed! Hey again! I have a couple more questions. How do you get the single speed clutch stem off of the motor shaft. I removed the U-bolt and plate but the clutch stem doesnt give. I used a gear puller on it and it still didn't give any. Is there a pin or screw I've...

    1960s GE coin op washer

Restoration advice Hey again! I have started restoring the worst one of these four machines. I need to draw upon the expert advice here. What is the best procedure to treat the usual rust around the bottom of the outer tub on the old GE. It is not too bad and not rusted through. I want to...

Thanks, I believe the dryer is a 1961. I will take some pics and post of the dryer next time I'm at that building. It is a match except the buttons are chunkier rather than thin flaps.

    1960s GE coin op washer

Thanks John, I appreciate it! I will investigate that further. I thought the transmittion shaft and top looked a little heftier. Glad to know it is the same! I have a 1962 (I think) GE V12 home model with the triangle top transmission. The activator is seized to the transmission shaft. I...
