Philco Yes i think i have pinned the age of it down to 1993, it's a great Washer Matt.

Just curious on finding out the age of this well built White Knight Philco made Washer. I'm sure it's well over 20 yrs old. A good find, i never knew that Philco made machines for Crosslee.

2 versions Out of the 2 the Hotpoint version is by far a much better made Machine.

Electra 1200 So this dark mercury grey Hotpoint/Electra design must have had a long production run considering my Creda built Washer was manufactured way back in 1991.

Electra 1200 It performs much like your much older Hotpoint 95620 Paul. Different drum & door seal to the 95 series Hotpoints

Electra 1200 Thank you all for your feed back. I was confused regarding the different timer control, drum & drum seal on this model. I got the impression it was a bit older, but i do love everything about it.

Can anyone put a date on when this Hotpoint/Electra 17051 would have been manufactured.

Lindo Totally agree with you regarding the latest Zanussi Machines. These Jetsystems were the best before they went downhill.

Colston I can remember it just like it was yesterday, it looked so much better than the Hotpoint,Hoover & Servis machines that were out around about the same time. The control panel had a stylish hinged cover. It looked very much like this later version.

Colston Lance I am so looking forward to seeing the pictures of the Colston/Ariston Twin Tub. Have always loved those Machines. I was so lucky to have used a Colston Autoplus in the early 80s.

Creda 17011 Robert Your Washer was not made by Hotpoint, it is a genuine Creda made machine.
