Really trying this out.  Made Gas House eggs this morning.  We had kept all our cast iron things when we put in out glass top.  Used it for camping but now will also use for some cooking.  used our 10 inch skillet started out on boil then down one level such even heat all of the ones turned out...

Broke both in doing our dinner.   Using the different levels from warm to the stir fry is like using our GE we had in a house.  Go to the boil to start and down one or two levels hold the temps just right.  If we ever have to replace our smooth top we will go with induction.  Really nice to have.

GE Here is our GE 4.1 cubic foot washer and the matching dryer.  Both have the steam function.  We installed these in January of 2014.  Must say this washes great and the rinsing is  excellent.

N ew fl washer Aftere opur 10 year old died we ended up buying this one.  It is a great fl and hold everything.  Has steam assit and uses plenty of water on bulky cycle.  It is one of the better ones on market today in my book.   Only $899.00 at Home Depot.  ...

The fix To  fix you need to take the top of the machine off and also the front.  The part itself is about $40.00.  Here is how to take the washer apart to get to the front.   Is the broken part the two prong on the door or insaide the front? If just on the door easier fix.

I like Special K treats.  melt the marshmallows as usual and when melted add 1 cup of creamy peanut butter then pour over 10 cups of Special K.  My kids loved it.  My mom did the same only she melted a bag of butter scotch chips then added the peanut butter.  Makes a harder cookie.   I bet...
