I had a 67 like this a number of years ago.   Over the years, PhilR and I have had to do a few "renovations" to get refrigerators out of basements but ususally not with a washer...    

Update:  I was at the house where these are located yesterday.  They were purchased from a local appliance store as part of a set of reconditioned sometime in the 1990s so that the former owner of the house could get a new refrigerator and range.   The washer and dryer have never been hooked up...
