I've noticed in my Speed Queen that the line on the selector switch isn't very accurate--try setting the line or "pointer" just a bit before the actual "heavy" line on the control panel...that's probably where your missing 3 minutes are hiding. :) I am in love with BIZ. Put in your detergent...

Very cool. I noticed my agitator has ribs on the bottom of the fins. Wondered what the were for. The PLUNGE is what makes it an awesome agitator. Reminds me of aggressive hand washing, and it sounds cool. Lol

Alright, I feel a "dialing agitator" video coming up in a few weeks when I get back to the mountains. Only bulky thing I have is a comforter, but I'll throw in a washcloth and we can count the number of turnovers. :)
