The clock most likely needs a Telechron type S rotor. They are fairly common and easy to replace. As for paint, take something with the color off and take it to a good paint store. They should be able to match it.

A ton of people used to have those couches, usually in brown. My couch and chair identical to yours in shape are orange with bright yellow, brown, green, and orange flowers. Bought in the early 70s, Still look brand new.
