Any way to fix a yellowed vinyl floor?

Wow, that is 100% my floor. It was made by Armstrong. I tried to ask them about informaton, but so far they have been of no help. If your parents ever tear out that floor, i need a few tiles! Colored toilet paper is on amazon for a rediculous price. Renova brand. I only buy it because...

Any way to fix a yellowed vinyl floor?

It could possibly be wax. It is yellowed along the border of the room - i imagine the most wax buildup would be there. Ill try ammonia next. Just for fun, here is a picture. I love the bathroom. I even pay for way overpriced blue toilet paper to match.

Any way to fix a yellowed vinyl floor?

Since the 1980's, my bathroom has had wall to wall carpet. I took it out about a year ago. The bathroom was remodeled in 1967, so I am guessing that is the age of the floor. It (Was) a white vinyl tile with flowers and geometric boxes. There was never carpet around the toilet, so there is a line...

    Thoughts on painting Maytag 806

My Maytag washer and dryer set is harvest gold. All of my other appliances are coppertone. I actually repainted a porcelain coated stove coppertone, and it looks like it came that way from the factory, and it has held up perfect over the last year. I am not at all concerned with my ability to...

    Does anyone recognize this stove?

I am trying to find a brand or model of this stove. It was bought around 1972 or 1973. It is a gas stove. Where the woman is standing is the washer and dryer. I believe they were frigidaire.

The specific location is the fork. All you have to do is push or pull on one side. Youll hear it click, that's it switching directions.

next to each spool is a black thing that looks like a fork. The ribbon goes through it. That is your automatic switch. The end of the ribbon has a metal tack that tugs on the fork and makes it switch backwards.

    Is 1970s wiring "safe"?

My house was built in 1910. It has original, undisturbed knob and tube wiring with the old style screw in fuses. Many of the outlets share circuits with other outlets. Most of them were meant for a lamp. And, there being one or two outlets in a room, most of them are overloaded. I think your...

    Aunt Jemima????

I remember when I was about 6 years old, and growing up around a lot of old Appalachian folks, I always thought they said "Angel Momma." I never saw it written until some time later.
