Well, the stock market crashed in, I think, 2021, not 2020. Home values here in California slumped a little last year as well, but not a lot. Maybe 10%.

Your housing prices in Florida are still less than they are here in California.   The value of my home has gone up about four times what I paid for it 26 years ago.   Good luck.

OK, so the range I used in a rental unit for a few years must have been electric. Cause that control panel looks VERY familiar.  

Congrats!   Anna looks very familiar. I *think* I had a similar stove at one of the rentals I lived in more than 25 years ago. Did GE make a similar range in gas? Either that, or the one I remember was electric.  

I found my Bosch dishwasher to be very easy to work on. And I had no problem finding a replacement part (pump).
