Yes, the motor still works but only in normal speed despite what speed is selected. The motor just doesn’t shift to slow speed.

My A806 refuses to shift into gentle agitation and spin speed, even when the selector buttons are pressed. Is it a switch thing that needs repair/replacing? The regular speed works fine. Any advice is welcome! Thanks.
