All the new Samsung front loaders I've seen have braille. I suggest you pay a little more and get one that has a built in heater. Ones with a heater are going to clean better and give you nice hot washes which will keep the washer cleaner in the long run.

I have not run the prewash but I did enable the chlorine bleach function to see if that got fixed and it didn't. I was all excited because it added more water about 10 before the wash period ended but not in the bleach/prewash cup. It flushed the main detergent compartment.

Mark, The chemicals they put in their products are similar to all the other mainstream manufacturers. I'd argue P&G is one of the better ones as they were among the first to put ingredient labels on their laundry products. What do you use instead?
