Hi all. Today was using the 74 Kenmore and I have been using Tide original liquid and powder for quite some time now. Currently am using Gain powder and liquid Tide original.
I did a medium load of my usual colored cottons and used only about 1/2 capful of liquid Tide.
The first rinse still...

I couldn't believe the condition of this machine when me and my friend Pete went up to go get this machine. I think the place was a vacation home.
This machine was barely used. There was no rust anywhere on the base plate or any of the metal.
The porcelain tub and underside of the lid were...
Robert I realize you are a very busy guy, but do you think you could post a whole cycle video of the 47 Unimatic ?
That would be a really cool video with that white porcelain tub. I like that bowl shaped look of it. That thing really must have been a clothes tangler. Just means there's action...
I asked this question because I bought one in November 2023. Used it for a couple of months and then sold it.
There seemed to be a glitch in that model. If you opened the lid during the rinse fill it wouldn't fill up to say High or Deep water setting. Did that to me several times.

Hi everybody. It's nice to be back and want to thank Mr.Seger for letting me join the groups again.
In the last year I have acquired several older washers that quote frankly wasn't even looking for.
1. A 1985 Whirlpool Supreme belt drive in great shape that I made several videos of

Hi everyone. Just wanted to acknowledge and thank Martin once again for coming to my home today with a 90 series DD from 1999.
If anyone can help out would be MUCH appreciated. I will need to replace the wash basket of this washer and wanted to know if it was possible.. ANYWHERE..to still find...
The title says it all. I have a gut sense which may be wrong that whirlpool will phase out these models.
All the new "agitator" models are those ridiculous wash plate with poles and hybrid cheap SS/plastic tubs...no offense to those who own them. Had one myself 10 years ago....never again.
I recently purchased my first home which is a new manufactured home. Been in it 1 year now and I think it's great.
2 bedroom double wide with a closed off from the kitchen living room open to the dining room.
I don't like the warehouse look of open concept too much...makes me feel like I'm in...
Interesting machines. Does anyone in the club have one of these ? Were these actually mad by Norge ?
How many manufacturers made specialty laundry ? Whirlpool was one and Maytag with that twin tub was another. I know GE had those Japanese pulsator machines.
We're there any others ?
