I have one of those old Hotpoint toasters with the "wing" type doors on either side. Under the bottom plate is a magnetic coil with a small be-be that rings the bell. The coils is broken. Anyone ever found a coil that will replace one of these? Do you just go to the local electronics store?

I finally bought this CD. It was expensive (about $50) but it is a great CD. Dionne is a fantastic artist, and even with her weathered voice, is still worth listening to.

I'm listening to Carmen McRae at the 1957 Newport Jazz Festival. What a great performer!! And a fine pianist. This CD has Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, and Carmen McRae's sets at the festival. A fine CD for all jazz lovers!!!!!!!!
