hi, My replacement washer causes some pipe knock in my older home. My plumbing does not have expansion chambers in the plumbing like newer or fancier homes. Does anyone know of a way to reduce knocking when water valves in washer turn instantly "off" ? Thanks for any suggestions.

hi, thanks for any help you can offer. I have a maytag A104 dependable care, that wont agitate, spins perfect. In agitate belt slips on the large pully on trans. Trans pully hard to turn by hand.
