    Price to High?

Saw an add on Craiglist for a Sears Ultra Wash portable dishwasher that is 10 years old and they are asking $350.00 for it.  Do you think that's way to high considering the age?   http://dubuque.craigslist.org/app/3652188114.html

    Cut Drying Time In Half

Saw a commercial a little while ago that said if you place a dry towel in with your wet clothes it will cut your drying time in half. Does it confuse the sensors by making it seem like the clothes are drier than they really are?

GETTING A NEW (TO ME) TYPEWRITER.

<span style="font-size: x-large; font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;">IBM Wheelwriter 30.  The seller said it gives a printwheel error code, well of course it does, it doesn't have a printwheel installed.  I have a bunch of Wheelwriter ribbons and printwheels left over from a machine that...

    Roasting A Turkey

I just started a new job as a laundry aid at a nursing home, and they gave all their employees a free Butterball turkey. I have mine roasting in a Nesco electric roaster at this very minute, and it smells wonderful. I seasoned with the salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. I usually...

    Royal Power Nozzle

I had to change the belt on my Royal Power Nozzle, and now for some reason the wheels that that adjust the height of the nozzle won't go all the way down for the low setting like it did before I changed the belt and for the life of me I can't figure out what happened. Anyone know how to solve...

    First Maytag Sudslock

I was washing a couple of light weight throw blankets, medium water level today, and was watching the spin cycle, all of a sudden it stared to slow down, it almost stopped. Shortly after the spray rinse started it sped back up to full speed. At first I was little scared, thinking something was...
