    1957 Kenmore Dryer

    I rescued the 50s KM dryer. Hooray. A bit of soap and water and it looks a lot better. It really wasn't as bad as I feared. Interesting thing. I pulled the dryer out, and of course need to unplug it right. There is NO plug or wire connected to it, and no sign of a plug or wire??? OMG...

    Interesting. The 18 lb. washer was only available in one model, and that was MOL. Didn't know that Blue was an option for Whirlpool. Were these the famous Brady Bunch machines?

    Downy commercial from '86

    fastforward to about 4:36 remember those bottles withOUT the drip capture top. If you didn't rinse the cap after using it for a measuring device, it would run down the outside of the bottle. Still, I like the scent from that period.
