Hi group...I've been reading that Gain detergent has been labeled as a "white trash" detergent. Is it because it's a medium-priced product or is it that low-income people buy it? Personally, I like it, but I don't consider myself white trash! :)

Hi gang! I saw from the photo posted by gansky1 (which is a GREAT PHOTO, incidentally!) that there's a container of the vintage Liquid "all" and one of "Wisk." Can anybody clarify if there was much difference in the two products back then? Was Liquid "all" basically a bargain brand detergent?

Hi everyone! Is anyone familiar with a laundry pre-soak called "AMAZE"? I recently got a commerical DVD set and there's a commerical for it. I'd not heard of it and was wondering if anyone else has. Did Colgate make this one? I would say this was around the late '60's to early '70's.
