Hello, My father has a Bosch VT596, it was working yesterday when my sister washed some fluffy bathroom mats, today it won't pump out the water. I thought it may be fluff in the filter but I can't see how to remove the bottom plinth to access it, does anyone know. I've tried sliding it up...
