Can anyone please advise me on how to remove this gasket so that I can remove the heating element from my wringer washer. ? I have already put some lubricant on it, but it is really stuck!! (see photo)

Whatever happened to miracle ACDO washing powder. I remember this stuff as a kid. I loved the smell of it. I remember it was great in Twin tubs and I think the powder was a sort of yellow colour ?. Does anyone also remember the mini box of ACDO costing around 50p ?

Would anyone know off hand how to replace a pump hose on a Wilkins Servis wringer washer. The model is a Superheat MK16. The leaking hose is from the pump to the tub. Failing that, does anyone know where I could get a service manual for the machine ? Advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What's your favourite agitator ? Mines is just the plain old straight vane agitator with 4 fins.

Just bought a Servis wringer washer from ebay. It still works great, although I have to replace the pump hose and belt as both are a little worn. But a great machine otherwise.!!
