    I need a new washing machine- Please Help

    I have a Top Load Whirlpool Cabrio, bought it about 1 year and 4 months ago. It's bad at cleaning, and to get it to at least thoroughly wet my stuff I have to do some crazy stuff that is very tedious and wastes a bunch of water. I have to soak the dirty clothes, drain and waste all the water...
