    Samsung TL vs Maytag Bravos XL Top Load

    Would appreciate some help. Purchased Samsung TL with 4.8 drum in November 2015. Six months later the machine failed - repair guy said drum would have to be replaced due to improper installation at factory in Korea. Waited three weeks for the part. Repair guy comes out and installs new drum...
