    Kitchenaid KDS21 maintenance

    Hello, All! I am soon to be the proud owner of a KDS21 (pending inspection); I have a couple of questions concerning maintenance. Would it be safe to store the machine for about a year? I will be buying a new house within that time, and would like to wait to install it in the new house...
