    Need good home for 1950's GE Range model 1J408M

    White, double ovens, sensor burner. I think its like Robert's yellow stove, only in white. Pretty good shape. It's in Danbury CT. Not looking to get rich on it but don't want it to go to the krusher. I was told it works, but haven't hooked it up. If any interest, please make me an offer.

    1950's GE Range back on ebay - it looks real nice

    It is in a house that is being sold by a friend of ours. I have seen it and it looks very nice. Here is the model # 1J408M1M3 and the s/n is SM33248A. Anyone know how old it is? I would love to see it go to a good home...

    Question for Laundress...

    Was looking at the new Miele 120 volt rotary ironer. How suitable is such a machine for ironing dress shirts? I am sure it would be brilliant for flat items (sheets, table linens, etc) but am curious how difficult/easy it would be to do men's dress shirts. Any thoughts?

    Questions for Laundress regarding wrinkle free cotton shirt

    What is the best way to launder these? I have an older Miele (W1918A) and usually use the rapid perm press cycle with a bit of Persil colors? Is there a way to "refresh" the wrinkle free finish either at home or professionally? Thanks for your help and happy new year! Alan
