    Hoover 0517 stopped spinning today :(

    Can anyone tell me how to use this machine? Through various accidental floods in my kitchen, I think I know how to work it, except that I never touch the knobs for anything, which leads me to think that perhaps I am not doing it right. Any suggestions or advice will be much appreciated!
