The British Gas Engineer just said that its a faulty PCB board. When we tested the machine a few weeks ago it would not fill or spin properly. Just kept going round and round slowly without going into a fast spin on the spin cycle. Thats all I have to go on. Thanks. John.

Hi, My wife rang British Gas today and the engineers report says its needs the power pcb. If I can get it fixed they will fit it and give me the money as its still covered by a guarantee(costs £108 per year!). Option 2 is to have a refund of £108, which is the cost of the years...

Hi Steve, The machine is actually at my mother-in-laws - its like the attached pic. Its just a washer so I agree the pcb will be different. How easy is it to get a new pcb for the model 6030? Thanks. John.
