I went to swap the non working burner, with the one in the left rear, and in the process found the problem. One of the wires that go into the three wire plug was disconnected. Fixed that, and I am back in business! Thanks!

FYI, I'ts a 1959 Frigidaire Deluxe 30" Range :)

Do I need to hunt down a replacement burner coil, or does this sound like a problem in the switch? This is the beauty with the problem. It's the big burner front/right side. (The one I use the most!) It normally heats right up in a few seconds!

Here it is all cleaned up and in the kitchen. It took two days to do a really good deep clean on it.

The clock appears to be working, along with the oven light AND the fluorescent light above the knobs. Yay! So how the heck do I set the clock? The timer works just great. I tried pushing on the knob and turning..nope, that just turns the red timer hand...
