Just did a medium sized load with the Tide/Lemon, and it appears to be He detergent, as with one oz., I got almost no suds. Running two oz. of detergent got normal suds for a He detergent. Cleaned very well, as good as tide with bleach or the new Persil ProClean powers.

Well I just tried the Ariel, did one oz. for a small sized load, and got Suds city. I mean like more suds than i've seen in a long time. So don't buy it for your He machine. It does seem to be very good soap.
