Well, after more tests, I see this is still not working correctly. Up to now, I only tried 3 or 4 rinse holds and there was water for them (after my "kick" fix). I tried a normal mode load just now. The initial rinse got water, the 2nd rinse got some water I think (but not much), and rinse/wash...

I had previously checked the blue float at the front left -- it just pulled up and out easily and didn't seem to have any effect (at least at the time I pulled it apart). Of course, if there was a problem internally my kicks (even though not in that area) might have had an effect on it! Thanks!
