It’s a wjsr2070b2ww GE washer and the transmission is WH38X10002 It’s taken apart right now

Hi, Our washer agitates fine, but gets hung up during the spin cycle. Even once it gets going with some help, it makes a ton of racket and slams back-and-forth when empty. I took the transmission out. Here is a video of the brake assembly rotating: Is this a bad bearing? Thanks David
