These may be the first Haier designed machines since they bought GE appliance division. Wonder if they canned the GE engineers for their own ?

So I had to leave a washer at my old house because the Speed Queen and Whirlpool I gave to a member of the club. My new house has an Amana like the one I just bought and so far it has been great. Washed many loads in it so far and I love the fact you CAN get hot water other than the normal...

Love this Whirlpool ad. Looks like there was a jab at Frigidaire here.Even unties knots..lol. Couple of new videos on YouTube from a couple of members with a 1954 Whirlpool and the other like this machine in the ad, the 1956 Imperial. Wish Whirlpool would have stayed with this design.

I owned the Whirlpool WFW6620 and would whole heartedly recommend them. Unfortunately I will be moving and can't take them with me. Otherwise I would still have them. The plastic door is fine after nearly 1 year in use. Don't let the plastic door dissuade you. They are great washers.

I'd go with a union built machine like Whirlpool but then that's me.

Since these uses as much water as the REAL agitator models, why are they so insistent on pushing these ? Always seems to be the case. Once something gets popular it gets changed...and for the worse.

They APPEAR to be the same machines. Those in the know will chime in.

Check out Whirlpool WFW5620. Has a 4.5 cu.ft. capacity tub and a heater and is also closet depth so won't jut out as far. They can hold a ton of clothes and large comforters are no problem for these machines.

The WFW560CHW doesn't have a steam cycle. The WFW5620HW has the regular sanitize and a steam clean option. The only difference between this and the 6620 is that the 5620 has a smaller load and go dispenser.
