ISO Maytag Neptune MAH6700AWW washer control board

I didn't see any control boards on eBay but there are 3 entire control panels but only one has the control board. Part# WP34001418...

    2010 TC vs 2023 TR3?

Timer for the washer is still available. Parts list is showing 3 different timers for the dryer, not sure what that's all about. All are obsoleted though. You may have to get a part# off of the original timer.

    2010 TC vs 2023 TR3?

Post the model #'s of both units, we can help you from there.

    2010 TC vs 2023 TR3?

These are the coveted years. Speed Queen has discontinued the timer for some of the dryers of this era. I'd be on the lookout for a spare washer and dryer timer. Otherwise, most everything else is still available.

    Maytag Center Dial LA208 Leak

Run the washer with the front cover off with a full load. Watch the area carefully during the the spin cycle, particularly at the beginning. I'm guessing there's an issue with the tub cover band clamp (loose)/triangular seal (worn/pinched)/outer tub lip (sometimes this area will rust out...

    GE Mobile Maid

Sounds like a good pots and pans dishwasher though.

Got new appliances after 18 years

Just a few months ago, my neighbor tossed out a 4 year old Samsing topload washer AND dryer due to both needing expensive repairs. A repairmen on YouTube had a 2 year old Samsuck dryer with a dead control board. The control board was obsoleted with no available replacements online or even on...

    1965 Maytag set

Both appear to be low use or extremely well taken care of. Hopefully they go into a storage facility with A/C.

    The Maytag Dependable Cars

Outer tub on the helical Maytags lasted many years unless one was heavy handed with chlorine bleach, especially with chlorine bleach soaks. I quit using that junk 20 years ago so that's a nonissue with me. The springs never lose their tension unless they broke from extreme rust. Never saw one...

    Cold Wash Warm Rinse Cycle

"A 2 minute total cold spray rinse gives about a half tub of water." Do you have a switch on the timer motor to control the longer spray rinse? I believe these machines have a 20 second spray rinse in stock form.

    Hot Wash Cold Rinse Cycle?

I remember reading somewhere that 75F is the lowest recommended temperature for washing and rinsing. I wouldn't go below 80F using powdered detergent.

    LadyK dryer

Looks right at home in that time warp atmosphere.

New Old Stock 358277 Water Valve

I'd run it, it's probably a better quality valve than anything made today but you could install ball valve shut off's if you're worried and have easy access to them.

Maytag A207 not advancing in cycle-- fixable?

They're easy to take apart, just drill the 2 rivets out at the ends which holds the cover on. I don't see a 205033 timer motor available anywhere. It was discontinue in April of 2018 and all sources have dried up. That was a very common timer motor and used in lots Maytag washers. Dave Harnish...

Acquired some Kenmore 80 and 90 series machines

A lot of the muck on the inner and outer tub of a DD is at and above the water line. The only proper way to get it truly clean is a teardown and elbow grease. Go easy on the cold washes in the future.

    Hot Wash Cold Rinse Cycle?

"What would you call a Hot wash Cold Rinse cycle?" The stiff, itchy cycle. "What would you launder in a hot wash with a cold rinse?" Laundry of an enemy. "Is it normal to wash permanent press items in hot water?" Never tried it.

    Maytag Model: A712 1987

Cabinet/feet not level in all directions. Damper pads not lubricated or properly lubricated (or wrong lubricant). Tub springs not properly tensioned/centered during the lubrication process of damper pads. Inner tub not properly centered. A combination of one or more the above.

Maytag A207 not advancing in cycle-- fixable?

I’m sure all A 207 had a permanent press cycle. A 206 timer is the same part#, that's why I mention the Permanent Press cycle just incase an old 206 timer and timer dial were installed as a quick fix sometime during its life.
