Got a very interesting project in the shop! This is a 1940 General Electric Pepsi cooler; with an icewater bath cooling system. The original cooling system was a belt drive, but that was missing. I used a new-old-stock GE compressor like used in the late 50's and early 60's Combination fridges. This made a brand-loyal resto-mod of this cooler. There are two videos about it! Hope you enjoy them.
By the way, the NOS compressor was mentioned here on this forum years ago. I bought it for a project which ended up not needing a new compressor. It has been in storage since. Now it has a Forever Home.
