How Cute.
And Rare.
I have never seen one of these before. Looks like it's built well and does have Yibble Chaser on the Lid.
Looks unused too.

they say it is unused and I can understand why. Sitting it on the counter would be detremental when it would be "running". Unfortunately connecting to a hot water faucet while at a camp site wouldn't be all that convenient depending on your setup.
Secondly it kind of reminds me of a rigged up covered cat litter pan that has a few mechanicals added to it with a regular dish drain rack put inside of it.
