1950's (?) Pink stackable

Hi! Im new to the website. I spend a lot of time searching the web for interesting items, washing machines being one of them, and found this today. Im sure it is too far for anyone, but have not seen anything this old in an automatic stack set before. Enjoy!

Westinghouse Stack Pair

Very rare pair they would date from 1964-6, these were fairly good performers although they may be a challenge to keep running if you want to use them as everyday machines.

We had that pair...

In our basement around 1967-68.

I was 12 and of course had know idea how desirable they were then.

I made (brief) contact with the seller and asked for more photos.   I'm heading generally that direction this weekend and would like to go check them out.  

 

However I'm not looking forward to turning my 3.5 hour drive into a 6+ hour drive....
